Technical Architecture

Tapzi is engineered for performance, fairness, and transparency — combining the best of off-chain responsiveness with on-chain integrity. Our architecture supports a secure, scalable, and enjoyable gaming— delivering a seamless, fair, and tamper-proof experience.

Game Engine: Off-Chain Execution, On-Chain Settlement

Tapzi leverages a hybrid architecture designed for fast-paced gameplay and blockchain-level trust. Here’s how it works:

  1. Real-Time Gameplay: All game matches are executed off-chain to ensure minimal latency and smooth interactions.

  2. Result Validation: At the end of each game, both players sign the final game state or result hash.

  3. On-Chain Settlement: This signed data is submitted on-chain, where smart contracts verify the outcome.

  4. Secure Fund Distribution: The smart contract automatically distributes the staked TAPZI tokens based on the verified result, eliminating any possibility of manipulation.

This hybrid model enables:

  • Lag-free gaming without sacrificing decentralization

  • Low gas usage for users

  • Verifiable fairness through cryptographic signatures and immutable settlement

Smart Matchmaking System

Tapzi employs a dynamic, ELO-style ranking system that evolves with player performance. This ensures:

  • Fair matchups between users of similar skill levels

  • Protection against smurfing and rank manipulation

  • Continuous challenge and progression for every player

Our matchmaking algorithm adapts over time, learning from user history to deliver increasingly competitive gameplay.

Anti-Cheat & Fair Play Infrastructure

Fairness is central to Tapzi. To maintain game integrity and protect real players, Tapzi includes multiple anti-cheat layers:

  • On-Chain Match Records: Each game’s result is immutably stored on-chain, enabling community-led verification and transparency.

  • Replay Audit Tools: Dispute resolution is supported by match replays, allowing for post-match scrutiny if required.

  • Cryptographic Timestamps: Every signed action is timestamped, preventing manipulation or replay attacks.

  • Client Validation Checks: Tapzi’s client-side engine ensures that tampering or unauthorized behavior is detected and flagged before match settlement.

No bots. No rigged outcomes. Just provable skill-based competition.
